Welcome to the ultimate guide for starting your new healthy lifestyle! From workouts to meal preparation recipes, this blog has everything you need to begin your journey towards a healthy and active lifestyle.


Before you begin learning about how to create a healthier lifestyle for yourself, get a piece of paper and a pen. Write down three short term goals and three long term goals you have for yourself. It can be fitness and health related, or anything that you are working towards. Be optimistic about your goals, but be realistic (no one can lose 50 pounds in a week). This piece of paper will serve as your starting point to creating a better version of yourself! Once you have all your goals written down, hang the piece of paper somewhere  visible to you everyday.

This idea was inspired by Lululemon’s vision and goal worksheet that they have on their blog. It really helped me plan for my future and work towards my goals. I always had something to look forward to which kept me motivated, focused, and always on up on my feet!
